Kylle Been (she, her) is an interdisciplinary artist. She found her artistic passion in a ceramic studio in the city of her birth, Denver Colorado. While sitting at the potter's wheel wrapping her hands around a ball of clay a wave of inspiration as she had never felt before swept through her neuro system at that moment, she knew that she was going to have to refocus her life and make the determination to work to become a master of the plastic arts. After this key awakening, she committed her time and energy to uproot the disbelief that had formally resided in her mind. Due to this inner transformation, the universe responded with countless lessons and opportunities to become an artist, a ceramic studio manager, and a pottery teacher. She is earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado. Kylle is showing her work at a women-owned collective store, Park Hill Treasures, on East Colfax in the Park Hill neighborhood. This is the same Neighborhood as her home studio and the Art Garage where she teaches children and adult public ceramics classes. Kylle Been is passionate about bringing the importance of mental, physical, and community health into the gaze of humanity. The intention is to inspire healthy neighborhoods that support the earth and the local community, as well as expand each individual's brain health and happiness.
